CORONA VIRUS (COVID-19)
Suburban Women’s Specialists are contracted with most major insurance companies, PPO, POS, HMO, and others. Please call your company to understand the limits and the participation requirements prior to your visit. If you have questions, please call our office. We will be happy to help you.
We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. The virus and protocols around it are changing quickly, and we are working to mitigate any impact on our providers, staff and patients.
We are actively following the guidelines and recommendation from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) as well as our local, state, and federal government agencies. Our usual guidelines include universal precautions, frequent hand washing, and frequent sanitizing of all patient areas.
We ask all patients and their guest who have symptoms of a respiratory infection or have been exposed to a person with Coronavirus, flu or any other communicable disease to please reschedule their appointments.
We also ask that if you or anyone in your family who have traveled outside the United States to areas with high rates of Coronavirus to please postpone your appointment for at least 14 days from return to Atlanta.
Please remember that we remain committed to the importance of your health, comfort, and safety. The best way to prevent the spread of communicable disease is hand washing. Again, this is an evolving situation, and we will be closely monitoring it and providing you with updates.
